"I have a personal, a renter, and 2 auto policies for over a year. I had a great experience with Jeff everytime beginning to end and now I never get to speak to him. I asked for specifics every time gave grace and patience every time. I have had 5/6 things go wrong the last few times I have had to speak to anyone there. They don’t call back and leave things undone. I was told a price paid double this month and I’m always told I don’t know why. I work a lot so I don’t have the luxury of going to offices weekdays and 8-5 when I work. I work medical so I have tons of patience. This place is truly a mess when it wasn’t to begin with"

"I have been with State Farm since February 2026 and they have been very helpful and made my transactions smooth. Gabby is very nice and attentive with me. I had Progressive for about 8 years and it was always hard to get ahold of an actual person. This is what I like about Cal Kiburz office. You get a real person very time! Even if you make changes through the app. They always call you to explain and verified your changes which is awesome!"
