Client Growth Consultant – Insurance Sales & Business Development

What You'll Do
You'll help grow our agency by
  • Connecting with new and existing customers by phone, text, and email
  • Following up with leads and prospective customers
  • Asking questions to understand customers' needs
  • Providing Auto, Home/Renters, Life, Health, and other insurance options
  • Turning quotes and conversations into applications
  • Identifying opportunities to better protect customers
  • Managing your own pipeline and utilizing our follow up process
  • Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Working toward clear individual and team performance goals
This is an active sales role. It requires consistent conversations, follow-up, organization, and the ability to keep moving after hearing "no."

Licensing
An insurance producer license is required to fully perform this position — but you do not need to be licensed before applying.
If you're not currently licensed, we'll help you understand the licensing process and expectations as part of your onboarding and training.
We value candidates who have already invested in their insurance education, but we're equally interested in finding high-potential people who are ready to learn and obtain their license.

Compensation & Performance
This position offers base compensation plus performance-based commission opportunities.
Our compensation plan rewards well-rounded production across multiple insurance product lines. As your skills and production grow, so does your earning potential.

Previous experience in

can translate extremely well.
Previous insurance experience is not required.
